摘要
随着经济全球化与供应链一体化的快速发展,现代化仓储成为物流系统中至关重要的一个环节。传统的仓储管理缺乏精确实时数据,效率低下,不能满足大规模仓储需求。研究基于CANopen协议的物流仓储监控系统设计,首先,利用CANopen通信协议中对象字典访问驱动器参数,建立远程IO、伺服驱动器子系统之间的数据交互,根据CANopen的DSP402子协议,控制系统利用伺服驱动器的回零控制模式和位置控制模式,对物流仓储系统中货品进出仓库的位置进行控制;其次,基于组态王7.5 SP3开发了仓储管理信息系统,通过OPC服务器建立组态王和PLC之间的通信,完成数据的实时采集及监控画面设计;最后,通过ODBC数据源配置,连接Access数据库,实现数据归档功能。设计的物流仓储监控系统,使得物品出入库信息可展现、可监控、可管理,有效提高仓储效率,降低运营成本。
A design of logistics warehouse monitoring system based on CANopen protocol is explored in the paper.Firstly,the object dictionary in CANopen communication protocol is used to access the driver parameters,establish the data interaction between remote IO and servo driver sub system.Based on DSP402 sub protocol,using the zero return control mode and position control mode of servo driver,the accurate position control of goods access is realized.Secondly,the warehouse management information system is developed based on KingView7.5 SP3,the communication between Kingview and PLC is established through OPC server to complete the real-time data acquisition and monitoring picture design.Finally,data archiving function is realized by ODBC configuration to connect to Access database.The logistics storage monitoring system designed in this paper makes the goods in and out of the warehouse information can be displayed,monitored and managed,effectively improve the storage efficiency and reduce the operation cost.
