出于历史建设的原因,高校各业务系统的建成无论是在时间线上还是各自采用的技术和数据存储标准都存在着较大的差异,从而导致各业务系统之间的数据流转十分闭塞困难,数据标准也大相径庭,因而大大增加了师生的工作量,例如相同内容多次填报、业务系统间的数据流转全靠线下纸质材料完成等。从高校的数据项目发展历程来看,为了解决信息孤岛、数据孤岛等固有问题,各大高校通过构建全量的数据治理中心,实现校内核心业务系统数据的全量采集、清洗、整合,形成校级层面可信的数据源,从而为各类业务信息化的建设提供高质量、权威的数据来源。

From the perspective of the development history of data projects in colleges and universities,in order to solve the inherent problems of information islands and data islands,major colleges and universities have built a full-scale data governance center to realize the full collection,cleaning and integration of the core business system data in the school,forming a school-level level.Reliable data sources,thus providing high-quality and authoritative data sources for the construction of various business informatization.
