摘要
基于POI兴趣点中的餐饮服务、购物服务等多种类型数据,以合肥市为例,从居民实际活动的视角出发,通过近邻度分析、核密度分析等方法并结合格网对POI进行统计分析,综合评估合肥市商场超市等经营类网点的空间分布特征及聚类特征,并在此基础上进一步评价了网点分布适宜性。研究发现:1)合肥市的商城超市等经营网点分布的模式呈高度集聚模式。网点密度在空间上形成“单核心—发散式”布局,网点数量增速总体随时间推移稳中带快,且呈现出广度与深度双向发展的趋势。2)经营网点布设适宜性渐趋合理,且布设与人口密度、交通主干道、小区分布、经济发展程度较为契合且基本上呈现正相关的趋势。
Based on various types of data such as catering services and shopping services in POI interest points,taking Hefei as an example,from the perspective of residents’actual activities,the POI is statistically analyzed by means of proximity analysis,kernel density analysis and other methods combined with grid,so as to comprehensively evaluate the spatial distribution characteristics and clustering characteristics of business outlets such as shopping malls and supermarkets in Hefei.On this basis,the suitability of outlets distribution is further evaluated.The results show that:①The distribution mode of shopping malls,supermarkets and other business outlets in Hefei is a high aggregation mode.The density of outlets has formed a“single core-divergent”layout in space.The growth rate of the number of outlets is stable and fast over time,and shows a trend of two-way development in breadth and depth.②The suitability of business outlets layout is becoming more and more reasonable,and the layout is consistent with population density,main traffic roads,community distribution and economic development,and basically shows a positive correlation trend.
