基于移动GIS的测量标志监管系统的设计与实现——以南平市为例

Design and Implementation of Surveying Mark Supervisory System Based on Mobile GIS:A Case Study of Nanping City

测量标志由于种类多、分布范围广、利用周期长等特点,在一定程度上造成管理复杂。本文对目前测量标志管理工作的现状及存在问题进行了分析,结合互联网、地理信息等新型技术提出了研发永久性测量标志监管系统的方法,从技术路线、业务流程、设计框架及系统实现等方面进行阐述;系统的建立促进了测量标志的管理工作,构建出一套巡查的长效机制,实现测量标志管理巡查工作的调度、指挥、监管的一体化。

Due to the characteristics of various types,wide distribution range and long utilization period,the management of surveying markers is complicated to a certain extent.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the management of surveying markers.Combined with the new technologies such as Internet and geographic information,this paper puts forward the method of developing the supervision system of permanent surveying markers,and expounds from the aspects of technical route,business process,design framework and system implementation.The establishment of the system promotes the management of surveying markers and builds a set of long-term inspection mechanism.It realizes the integration of dispatching,commanding and supervising for the inspection work of surveying marker management.
