伴随着近几年我国社会经济和测绘科学技术的迅速发展,在国家大力推进“放管服”改革,优化政府职能和营商环境的大形势下,测绘行业发展也呈现了生机勃勃之势,尤其是在工程建设领域,涉及工程建设项目全流程的测绘服务“多测合一”工作也进入了全面实施阶段[1]。目前新形势下的“多测合一”工作面临诸多挑战,在工作推进过程中也遇到了很多问题。本文就“多测合一”工作具体实施过程中如何应对新政策、新技术的不断更新,满足工程项目建设全流程的测绘需求,保证“多测合一”工作技术质量,对影响“多测合一”工作质量的技术要点及因素做了详细分析,并提出了相应的质量控制措施。

With the rapid development of China′s social economy and surveying and mapping science and technology in recent years,and under the general situation that the state vigorously promotes the reform of"release,management and service"and optimizes government functions and business environment,the development of surveying and mapping industry has also shown a dynamic trend,especially in the field of engineering construction.The"integration of multiple surveys"of surveying and mapping services related to the whole process of engineering construction projects has also entered the stage of full implementation.At present,the"multi measurement and integration"work under the new situation faces many challenges and many problems in the process of promoting the work.This paper discusses how to deal with the continuous updating of new policies and technologies in the specific implementation of the"multi measurement and integration"work,so as to meet the surveying and mapping needs of the whole process of engineering project construction and ensure the technical quality of the"multi measurement and integration"work.The technical points and factors affecting the quality of"multi measurement in one"are analyzed in detail and the corresponding quality control measures are put forward.
