摘要
针对新疆某铜矿铜精矿含砷超标这一问题,本文从原矿的统计分析、试验研究及含砷矿石的矿物工艺学研究等几个方面进行了探究。研究表明,井下采矿中段450及300中段原矿所产铜精矿含砷容易超标。砷黝铜矿占比及其解离度都是造成砷易上浮的主要原因。抑砷工艺试验研究表明,降低铜精矿含砷,铜金属回收率损失较大,通过高砷低砷精矿的搭配销售可有效解决影响销售和企业经济效益的问题。
Aiming at the problem that the arsenic content in a copper concentrate of a copper mine in Xinjiang exceeds the standard,this paper probes into the statistical analysis of raw ore,experimental research and mineral technology research of arsenic containing ore.The research shows that the arsenic content in the copper concentrate produced by the raw ores in the middle 450 and 300 sections of underground mining is easy to exceed the standard,and the proportion and dissociation degree of arsenite are the main reasons for the easy flotation of arsenic.The experimental study of arsenic suppression process shows that reducing the arsenic content in copper concentrate will cause great loss of copper metal recovery.The problems affecting sales and economic benefits of enterprises can be effectively solved through the combined sales of high arsenic and low arsenic concentrate.
