摘要
本文研究了电解液中鱼胶、硫酸高铈及AESS(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠)加入量对电解铜箔抗拉伸性能的影响。试验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为电解液中鱼胶浓度8 mg/L、硫酸高铈浓度6.0 mg/L、AESS离子含量5 mg/L。在此条件下,电解铜箔常温抗拉强度为357 MPa,常温伸长率为5.07%,铜箔毛面粗糙度Rz值为1.10μm,能满足特殊高端锂电铜箔的使用要求。
The effects of fish glue,cerium sulfate and AESS on the tensile properties of electrolytic copper foil were studied.The results show that the optimal conditions are fish glue concentration of 8 mg/L,cerium sulfate concentration of 6.0 mg/L,AESS ion content of 5mg/L.Under these conditions,the tensile strength of electrolytic copper foil is 357 MPa at room temperature,the elongation is 5.07% at room temperature,and the roughness Rz of copper foil hair surface is 1.10 micron,which can meet the requirements of special high-end lithium copper foil.
