通过大量监测数据多维度描述转炉炉衬运行状况,并制定不同的维护措施。系统而规范化的操作管理模式既保证了炉衬的安全、稳定运行,也提升了转炉作业效率,还减少了补炉料的消耗。
Through a large number of monitoring data,the operation status of converter lining is described in multiple dimensions,and different maintenance measures are formulated.The systematic and standardized operation and management mode not only ensures the safe and stable operation of the lining,but also improves the operation efficiency of the converter and reduces the consumption of the mending material.
