摘要
本文通过不同的挤压和时效工艺对比试验,研究挤压工艺和时效工艺对7003铝合金力学性能和静态压缩性能的影响,以获得合理的工艺参数,制备满足性能需求的7003汽车防撞梁材料。试验结果表明:挤压在线淬火温度控制在500℃~530℃时,合金的组织性能较优;在双级时效工艺下,7003铝合金的力学性能曲线呈现双峰现象,采用105℃×4h+165℃×26h的双级时效工艺能较好的满足材料的力学性能和静态压缩性能的要求。
The influence of extrusion process and aging process on the mechanical properties and static compression properties of 7003 aluminum alloy was studied through comparative tests of different extrusion and aging process,so as to obtain reasonable process parameters and prepare 7003 automobile anti-collision beam material that meets the performance requirements.The results show that the microstructure and properties of the alloy are better when the extrusion quenching temperature is controlled at 500℃~530℃.Under the two-stage aging process,the mechanical properties curve of 7003 aluminum alloy presents a double peak phenomenon.The two-stage aging process of 105℃×4h+165℃×26h can better meet the requirements of mechanical properties and static compression properties of the material.
