摘要
分析丙烯酸正丁酯在不同条件下产生迁移后对水性胶黏剂的安全性产生的影响,有助于提高水性胶黏剂的安全性与可靠性。比较分析不同萃取头、萃取时间、萃取温度以及加盐量对丙烯酸正丁酯萃取效果所产生的影响,重点是统计丙烯酸正丁酯在不同模拟物中迁移量的变化情况。将铝箔以及聚丙烯膜制备成水性丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,并形成铝塑复合膜,分析不同温度以及蒸煮条件下,丙烯酸正丁酯的迁移规律。在所有工况中,丙烯酸正丁酯在不同模拟物中的迁移量均是以乙酸>乙醇为主要结果,紫外处理对丙烯酸正丁酯的迁移不会产生明显影响(P>0.05)。不同温度状态下,丙烯酸正丁酯迁移所产生的影响也存在一定的差异性,在80℃、100℃的条件下,迁移量会随着蒸煮时间的增加而增加,平衡状态下的最大迁移量为32.6±3.7μg/kg。以上实验数据分析为水性胶黏剂中有害物质在食品供应链的安全性提供了有效的数据支撑。
Analyzing the influence of n-butyl acrylate migration under different conditions on the safety of aqueous adhesive is helpful to improve the safety and reliability of water-based adhesive. The effects of different extraction heads, extraction time,extraction temperature and salt addition on the extraction effect of n-butyl acrylate were compared and analyzed, with the focus on the statistics of the migration of n-butyl acrylate in different simulants. Aluminum foil and polypropylene film were prepared into aqueous acrylate adhesive, and aluminum-plastic composite film was formed. The migration law of n-butyl acrylate under different temperatures and cooking conditions was analyzed. In all working conditions, the migration of n-butyl acrylate in different simulants was mainly caused by acetic acid > ethanol, and UV treatment had no significant effect on the migration of n-butyl acrylate(P > 0.05).The effects of n-butyl acrylate migration at different temperatures are also different. Under different temperature conditions, the effects of n-butyl acrylate migration are also different. At 80 ℃ and 100 ℃, the migration will increase with the increase of cooking time, and the maximum migration in the equilibrium state is 32.6±3.7 μg/kg. The above experimental data analysis provides effective data support for the safety of harmful substances in aqueous adhesives in the food supply chain.
