摘要
研究通过了解南海海上某工作船职业病危害及工人防护情况,为工作船职业病防治提供了依据。在工作船停靠码头补给时,研究按照海上负荷作业工况开启相关设备,对工作船主要工作岗位的噪声进行定点测量,对轮机员的噪声接触情况进行调查,并计算40 h等效声级,使用E-A-Rfit护听器测试系统测量轮机员佩戴护听器后的降噪实测值。南海海上某工作船主机、辅机、空压机、艏推间、艉推间、舵机房、空调间、集控间、驾驶室、住舱、餐厅定点噪声检测结果显示,餐厅噪声声级超过国际海事组织MSC.337(91)《船上噪声等级规则》限值。轮机员的40 h等效声级为89.2 dB(A),超过我国标准限值。轮机员佩戴的护听器的降噪标称值、降噪理论值、降噪实测值分别为31.0 dB、18.6 dB、21.0 dB。该工作船轮机员噪声接触水平较高,轮机员佩戴的护听器的降噪标称值、降噪理论值、降噪实测值均能达到轮机员噪声防护要求。
The study provides a basis for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases on a work ship by understanding the occupational disease hazards and workers’ protection on a work ship in the South China Sea. When the workboat is docked at the dock for replenishment, the relevant equipment is turned on according to the offshore load operation conditions, and the noise of the main working positions of the workboat is measured at fixed points. The E-A-Rfit hearing protector test system measures the measured noise reduction values obtained by engineers wearing hearing protectors. The noise detection results of the main engine,auxiliary engine, air compressor, bow thruster room, stern thruster room, steering gear room, air conditioning room, centralized control room, cab, cabin, and dining room of a workboat in the South China Sea show that the noise level of the dining room exceeds Limits of International Maritime Organization MSC.337(91) Rules for Noise Levels on ships. The 40 equivalent sound level of the engineer is 89.2 dB(A), which exceeds the national standard limit. The measured noise values are 31.0 dB, 18.6 dB, and 21.0 dB,respectively. The engineer’s noise exposure level of the work vessel is relatively high, and the nominal noise reduction value,theoretical value of noise reduction, and measured noise reduction value of the hearing protector worn by the engineer can all meet the noise protection requirements of the engineer.
