文章主要对双端面机械密封应用现状进行观察,对比单端面机械密封探究双端面机械密封的应用优势。通过对双端面机械密封失效原因进行研究分析,从规范操作流程、优化机械密封设计、加强日常运行维护管理三方面改善机械密封失效问题,并对双端面机械密封应用原理、安装注意事项、安装使用全过程以及故障排查分析进行深入研究。

This paper mainly observes the application status of double face mechanical seal, compares the single face mechanical seal, explores its application advantages, studies and analyzes the failure causes of double face mechanical seal. Through the research and analysis of the failure causes of the double end mechanical seal, the failure problems of the mechanical seal are improved from three aspects: standardizing operation process, optimizing mechanical seal design and strengthening daily operation and maintenance management. The application principle, installation precautions, the whole process of installation and use, and the troubleshooting analysis of the double end mechanical seal are deeply studied.
