Research on the Construction of Self-management and Self-cultivation Teams in Student Dormitory of Private Colleges and Universities in the Capital

本文主要从政策要求、人才培养等角度提出学生公寓“五型”自治自育队伍建设的必要性,强调学生自治自育队伍建设应顺应学生的需要和高校学生公寓的特点,借助学生自治自育队伍优势推动思想政治工作进宿舍,加快学生公寓思想教育阵地建设。同时学生自治自育队伍建设应从战略发展、选聘配备、管理机制等方面进行完善和发展。

This paper mainly puts forward the necessity of the construction of the “five-types” self-management and self-cultivation teams in student dormitory from the perspectives of policy requirements and talent training, and emphasizes that the construction of student self-management and self-cultivation teams should meet the needs of students and the characteristics of student dormitory in colleges and universities. The advantages of self-management and self-cultivation teams promote ideological and political work into dormitories, and accelerate the construction of ideological education positions in student dormitory. At the same time, the construction of student self-management and self-cultivation team should be improved and developed from the aspects of strategic development, selection and equipment, management mechanism and so on.
