摘要 3D打印混凝土技术作为一项新兴建筑构筑技术,相比传统建筑施工方式,拥有良好的发展趋势和广阔的发展前景。民宿类建筑地域文化特色强,可吸引游客感受风土人情。本文以长春市为例,采用混凝土3D打印技术,结合中国传统井干式建筑形式,提出“井干式模块化民宿”设计方法,运用能部品产量化、部件产量化、结构与构件标准化的装配式建筑,为3D打印技术在建筑业中的应用推广提供借鉴。也希望能够对我国将来模块化民宿发展和模块化装配式住宅的发展应用产生实际意义,以期使长春市周边地区生命力更加旺盛。 As a new building construction technology, 3D printing concrete technology has a good development trend and broad development prospects compared with traditional building construction methods. Home stay buildings have strong regional and cultural characteristics, which can attract tourists to feel the local conditions and customs. Taking Changchun as an example, this paper uses the concrete 3D printing technology, combined with the Chinese traditional well dry building form, puts forward the design method of “well dry modular home stay”, and uses the assembly building that can standardize the structure and components and produce the parts and components, so as to provide a reference for the application and promotion of 3D printing technology in the construction industry.It is also hoped that it can have practical significance for the future development of modular B & B and the development and application of modular assembled housing in China, in order to make the vitality of the surrounding areas of Changchun more vigorous.
