摘要
目的 探究双导师联合以Carolina照护模式为基础的体验式教学对手术室护理实习生带教效果的影响。方法 选取180例手术室护理实习生为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,观察组和对照组各90例。对照组实习生接受双导师制教学,观察组实习生接受双导师联合以Carolina照护模式为基础的体验式教学。比较两组实习生人文关怀能力评价量表、情绪智力量表评分情况;比较两组实习生手术室护理理论知识、操作技能等考核结果;比较两组实习生带教满意度。结果 观察组实习生勇气、耐心、理解、人文关怀能力评价量表总得分高于对照组实习生(t分别=6.09、6.68、6.09、11.41,P均<0.05);观察组实习生情绪智力评价量表总得分高于对照组实习生,且情绪利用、自我情绪管理、理解他人情绪、情绪知觉四个维度评分均处于更高水平(t分别=19.52、7.58、11.98、9.21、10.88,P均<0.05);观察组实习生理论知识、操作技能成绩优于对照组(t分别=7.42、6.56,P均<0.05);实习生带教满意度比较显示,观察组实习生满意度为93.33%(84/90),明显高于对照组实习生满意度83.33%(75/90)(χ^(2)=4.37,P<0.05)。结论 双导师联合以Carolina照护模式为基础的体验式教学的应用能够提高手术室护理实习生的综合能力和满意度,提高实习生理论知识和相关技能水平。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of two tutors combined with Carolina-based experiential teaching on the nursing interns in operating room. Methods A total of 180 nursing interns in operating room were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,90 cases in each.The interns in the control group received dual-tutorial teaching,while the interns in the observation group received dual-tutors combined with experiential teaching based on the Carolina care model.The scores of the humanistic care ability evaluation scale and emotional intelligence scale,theory knowledge and operation skills,and the interns’ teaching satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results The total scores of the courage,patience,understanding and humanistic care of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=6.09,6.68,6.09,11.41,P<0.05).The total score of emotional intelligence of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,as well as the scores of the emotion utilization,self-emotion management,understanding of others’ emotions,and emotion perception(t=19.52,7.58,11.98,9.21,10.88,P<0.05). The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the interns in the observation group were better than those in the control group(t=7.42,6.56,P<0.05).The satisfaction of interns in the observation group was 93.33%(84/90),and the satisfaction of interns in the control group was 83.33%(75/90),the difference was significance(χ^(2)=4.37,P<0.05). Conclusion The application of dual tutors combined with Carolina-based experiential teaching can improve the comprehensive ability and satisfaction of operating room nursing interns,and promote their mastery of theoretical knowledge and related skills.
