摘要
为确定国家能源集团新疆能源有限责任公司屯宝煤矿M4-5煤层自然发火标志气体及临界值,利用程序升温实验优选得到M4-5煤层自然发火标志气体,采取现场测试采空区及工作面不同区域气体体积分数的措施,经统计分析后综合确定标志气体临界值。研究结果表明:屯宝煤矿M4-5煤层的煤自然发火初期、加速阶段和激烈氧化阶段的标志气体分别为CO、C_(2)H_(4)、C_(2)H_(2);工作面正常回采期间自然发火标志气体CO体积分数临界值为散热带59×10^(-6)、氧化带为213×10^(-6)、回风隅角36×10^(-6)、回风流为8×10^(-6),为工作面开采防、灭火设计提供了科学依据。
In order to ascertain the spontaneous combustion mark gas and critical value of M4-5 coal seam in Tunbao Coal Mine of CHN Energy Xinjiang Energy Co.,Ltd.,the spontaneous combustion mark gas of M4-5 coal seam is obtained through temperature-programmed experiment.The measures for on-site testing of gas concentration in goaves and different areas of working face are adopted,and the critical value of mark gas is comprehensively ascertained after statistical analysis.The results show that:the mark gases of M4-5 coal seam in Tunbao Coal Mine are CO,C_(2)H_(4) and C_(2)H_(2) respectively at the initial stage of coal spontaneous combustion,the acceleration stage and the vigorous oxidation stage;the CO critical value of spontaneous combustion mark gas during the normal mining of working face is 59×10^(-6) for the heat dissipation zone,213×10^(-6) for the oxidation zone,36×10^(-6) for the return air angle and 8×10^(-6) for the return air flow,providing scientific basis for the fire prevention and extinguishing design for mining of working faces.
