摘要
本文通过对国家能源集团宁夏煤业有限责任公司任家庄煤矿110505回风巷锚索和锚杆受力分析,得出锚索和锚杆预紧力可以克服近距离煤层采空区下复合顶板离层,且预紧力与顶板离层值成反比关系。采取数值模拟锚索和锚杆在不同预紧力状态下巷道围岩变形,验证了锚索和锚杆预紧力与顶板离层值成反比关系。本文基于锚索、锚杆协调支护和受力作用机理,重新设计了110505回风巷支护方案,并进行了工程实践,通过采取十字布点监测措施,发现新支护方案,实现围岩稳定,满足了110505回风巷安全生产要求。
Through the stress analysis of anchor cable and anchor bolt in 110505 return airway of Renjiazhuang Coal Mine of CHN Energy Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,it is concluded in this paper that the pre-tightening force of anchor cables and anchor bolts can overcome the bed separation of composite roof under the contiguous seam goaf,and the pre-tightening force is inversely proportional to the value of roof separation.Numerical simulation of the deformation of surrounding rock in roadway under different pre-tightening forces of anchor cables and bolts is performed,which verifies that the pre-tightening force of anchor cables and bolts is inversely proportional to the roof separation.Based on the mechanism of coordinated supporting and stress action of anchor cables and anchor bolts,the 110505 return airway supporting scheme was redesigned,and commercial test was conducted in this paper.By taking a measure of distributed monitoring points in a cross manner,the stability of surrounding rock was achieved and the safe production requirements of 110505 return air roadway were met.
