摘要 本文从加氢机加注控制程序、机械装置、电气设备3方面对加注性能优化研究,通过多变量组合控制及统计归纳,形成优化控制程序设计,实现在加注过程中根据不同加注工况计算车内的最佳加注压力,在保证安全的前提下提高车载储氢瓶的充装量;通过配置有加氢枪位识别功能的枪座,根据加氢枪工作及放置状态发送不同反馈信号,实现加氢过程的安全监控;通过在加氢机外壳增设智能音响和智能显示屏,可在加氢操作出现异常情况时进行语音报警及紧急操作提示,保证加氢机的安全运行。 This paper studies the optimization of filling performance of hydrogen dispenser from the aspects of filling control program,mechanical device and electrical equipment.Through multivariable combination control and statistical induction,the optimal control program design is developed,thus the optimal filling pressure in the vehicle can be calculated according to different filling conditions during the filling process,and the filling quantity in the vehicle can be increased while ensuring safety;through the nozzle base designed with the function of refueling nozzle identification,different feedback signals are sent according to the working and placement status of the refueling nozzle to realize the safety monitoring of the refueling process;by adding an intelligent speaker and an intelligent display screen to the shell of the hydrogen dispenser,voice alarm and emergency operation prompt can be given in case of abnormal refueling operation,so that safe operation of the hydrogen dispenser can be ensured.
