摘要
在扩建项目中,针对贮料设施增容,在原有输煤系统的来煤方式不变情况下,只需增加贮煤设施。结合现场实际布置,实现原输送系统向新、老煤仓间供煤带式输送机转换的改造方案,同时保证原物料落点的导料槽与原系统中除尘器连接不变,对多个改造方案进行对比说明。细化尾部设移动车联动的方案,说明工作过程及改进办法。
Regarding the capacity increase project of the storage facilities,the original coal transportation system's coal incoming method remains unchanged,and only the coal storage facilities need to be added.Combined with the actual layout of the site,the original conveying system is converted to the coal supply belt conveyor between the new and old coal bins.At the same time,the connection between the guide trough of the raw material drop point and the dust collector in the original system is unchanged.The transformation plan is compared and explained.At the same time,the plan for the linkage of the mobile vehicle at the rear is detailed,and the work process is explained and the problem solving methods of the implementation process are detailed.
