摘要 针对大跨度大棚的分区域温湿度实时监控问题,基于无线传感器网络技术,设计一种基于LabVIEW的ZigBee多区域温湿度无线采集与监控系统。首先,以CC2530为主控芯片,运用ZigBee协议栈技术构建星型无线网络拓扑结构,实现主节点与多个从节点之间的通信,进而为区域温湿度数据采集与传输搭建基本架构;其次,基于LabVIEW软件设计温湿度采集与监控系统平台,设计了多区域温湿度数据的数值和曲线显示、超限报警以及存储等基本监控界面,其中通信部分采用VISA函数进行编写;最后,对系统进行整体测试,并观测数据无线传输的稳定性以及实时监控的效果。实验测试表明:系统实现多区域中环境温湿度的实时监控和显示、数据实时存储以及超限报警等功能,对大棚种植提供一种基于物联网技术监控的方案设计或方法借鉴。 To solve the problem of real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity in large-span greenhouses,based on wireless sensor network technology,a ZigBee multi-area wireless acquisition and monitoring system for temperature and humidity based on LabVIEW was designed.Firstly,using CC2530 as the main control chip,the topology of a star wireless network was constructed using ZigBee protocol stack technology to realize the communication between the main node and multiple slave nodes,followed by the construction of a basic architecture for the acquisition and transmission of regional temperature and humidity data;secondly,based on the LabVIEW software,a temperature and humidity acquisition and monitoring system platform was designed,with multi-area temperature and humidity data numerical and curve display,over-limit alarm and storage and other basic monitoring interfaces designed,VISA function used for the communication part.Finally,the whole system was tested,and the stability of wireless data transmission and the effect of real-time monitoring were observed.The experimental results show that the system can realize the functions of real-time monitoring and display of environment temperature and humidity,real-time data storage and over-limit alarm in multiple areas,and provide a scheme design or method for greenhouse planting for reference based on Internet of things technology monitoring.
