Analysis of Health Wardrobe Demand Based on HOQ

利用质量屋(The House of Quality,HOQ)理论进行康养衣柜设计需求的分析与研究,采用PDS(Product Design Specification)方法对目标用户进行调研,得到容量大、收纳方便等8项核心用户需求,并将其作为康养衣柜HOQ的左墙输入。然后将核心用户需求转化为升降晾衣杆、收纳隔层等技术特性并作为HOQ的天花板输入,再调研用户需求与技术特性关系强度以及产品满意度目标值等相关数据,根据公式推导出相对权重较高的技术特性为升降晾衣杆和感应灯,以此辅助康养衣柜的初步设计方向,为康养衣柜的设计研究提供参考。

To analyze and study the design needs of wellness wardrobes using the HOQ(House of Quality).Based on HOQ as the theoretical basis for the analysis of health wardrobe needs,PDS(Design Design Specification)method was used to investigate the target users,and 8 core user needs,such as large capacity and convenient storage,were obtained,and used as the left wall input of HOQ of the wellness wardrobe quality house.Then the core user needs into lifting drying rod,store compartment and other technical characteristics and as the ceiling input of HOQ,and then investigate the user demand and technical characteristics of the relationship between strength and product satisfaction target values and other relevant data,according to the formula derived relatively high weight of technical characteristics for the lifting drying rod and induction lamp,and to assist the initial design direction of health wardrobe.Through HOQ theory,on the basis of user demand,the market situation and improvement space are comprehensively considered,and the technical characteristics of a more reasonable health wardrobe are determined,which provides reference for the design and research of health wardrobe.
