烟框物流打包机压板移动装置的设计

随着工业的高速发展,传统的烟叶打包及物流已不足以适用于现如今的市场,于是探索用筐栏代替麻袋,进而提高烟叶打包、储存和运输的效率,设计出在打包过程中采用双工位的压烟打包机械。主要对该机械的压板移动装置进行设计分析并计算实际情况下的机械所需动力。根据实际情况对移动装置进行设计,一定程度上加大烟叶打包过程中的效率。同时基于Solid works建模并对其进行计算仿真、受力分析以及基于UG对关键部件进行有限元分析,从而验证其可实用性和该装置的最优参数。压板移动装置操作方便、结构简单,在烟叶打包物流模块化工作中具有良好的应用前景。

With the rapid development of the industry, the traditional packaging and logistics of tobacco leaves are no longer suitable for today’s market.Therefore, it was explored to replace sacks with baskets and bars to improve the efficiency of packaging, storage and transportation of tobacco leaves.This paper mainly designs and analyzes the platen moving device of the machine and calculates the power required by the machine in the actual situation.The mobile device is designed according to the actual situation to increase the efficiency of the tobacco leaf packing process to a certain extent.At the same time, modeling based on Solid works and carrying out computational simulation, force analysis, and finite element analysis of key components based on UG to verify its practicability and the optimal parameters of the device.The pressing plate moving device in this paper is easy to operate and simple in structure, and has a good application prospect in the modular work of packaging and logistics of tobacco leaves.
