摘要 为保证车辆的运行安全,需评估车体的疲劳寿命是否满足500万公里运行里程的要求。基于名义应力法,利用nCode软件从材料S-N曲线、焊缝S-N曲线、FKM指南三个方面对整车实测载荷进行寿命预测及评估,得到了车体疲劳寿命较低的部位。仿真分析结果的统一性验证了疲劳寿命预测方法的可行性与准确性,为车体结构设计提供了参考依据,并为整车疲劳寿命预测提供了一种试验方法。 To ensure the driving safety of vehicles, it is necessary to evaluate whether the fatigue life of the vehicle body meets the requirements of 5 million kilometers of running mileage.In this paper, based on the nominal stress method, the measured load of the whole vehicle went through life prediction and evaluation using nCode software from material S-N curve, weld S-N curve and FKM guidelines, with the part of the vehicle body that has a short fatigue life obtained.The unity of the simulation analysis results verified the feasibility and accuracy of the fatigue life prediction method, providing a reference for the design of the vehicle body structure, and a test method for the fatigue life prediction of entire vehicles.
