摘要
低温甲醇洗技术净化工艺气过程中,甲醇在吸收脱除工艺气中的二氧化碳和硫化氢等酸性气体的同时也会吸收一定量的氢气、一氧化碳和甲烷等有效气体。介绍了利用气体二氧化碳对富甲醇进行气提的有效气体减排方案的工艺流程和控制要点,分析了该方案在90万t/a煤制甲醇项目、50万t/a煤制合成氨项目、6亿m^(3)/a煤制天然气项目中应用的减排效果。分析结果表明,该方案可以大幅减少富甲醇夹带有效气体的量,提高产品二氧化碳的纯度,降低大气环境污染。
In the process of purifying process gas with rectisol,while absorbing and removing acidic gases such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide in the process gas,a certain amount of effective gas such as hydrogen,carbon monoxide and methane was also absorbed.The process flow and control points of effective gas emission reduction scheme using gas carbon dioxide to extract methanol were introduced,and the emission reduction effect of this scheme in 900,000 t/a coal to methanol project,500,000 t/a coal to synthetic ammonia project and 600 million m^(3)/a coal to natural gas project was analyzed.The analysis results showed that the scheme could greatly reduce the amount of effective gas entrained by methanol,improve the purity of product carbon dioxide and reduce the atmospheric pollution.
