摘要
基于HAZOPkit软件的HAZOP-LOPA分析法,对三聚氰胺生产装置氨冷凝回收系统进行了风险分析和量化评估。采用HAZOP法对氨冷凝回收系统的氨汽提节点、冷凝节点、精馏节点、氨收集节点及闪蒸节点5个节点的29个偏差进行分析,通过提出建议项,使氨冷凝回收系统的12个中风险点变为低分险点;采用LOPA分析法,对HAZOP分析中高风险氨收集节点的温度过高偏差和液位过高偏差进行了分析,通过新增自动喷淋安全仪表系统和液位高高联锁切断罐进料阀,使温度过高偏差综合后果发生频率从1×10^(-3)降到1×10^(-5),液位过高偏差综合后果发生频率从1.25×10^(-3)降到1×10^(-5),风险等级均由高风险转变为D2中风险,降低风险到可接受范围。
HAZOP-LOPA analysis method based on HAZOPkit software was used for risk analysis and quantitative evaluation of ammonia condensation recovery system.HAZOP method was used to analyze the 29 deviations of the 5 nodes of this system:ammonia stripping node,condensation node,distillation node,ammonia collection node and flash node.By making recommendations,the 12 medium-risk points of the ammonia condensation recovery system were turned into low-risk points.The LOPA analysis method was used to analyze the excessive temperature and liquid level deviation of the high-risk ammonia collection node in the HAZOP analysis.By adding automatic spray SIS and liquid level high-high interlocking cut-off tank feed valve,the comprehensive consequence frequency of excessive temperature deviation was reduced from 1×10^(-3) to 1×10^(-5),and that of the excessive liquid level deviation was reduced from 1.25×10^(-3) to 1×10^(-5).The risk level was changed from high risk to medium risk(D2),which was an acceptable range.
