摘要
基于某企业煤气化过程中的旋风分离器的结构改造,使用Fluent流体仿真软件对改造前后的内部流场和灰斗、锥体冲蚀进行模拟预测,结果表明,改造后的旋风分离器灰斗部分的寿命提高了约10倍,锥体寿命是改造前的1.55倍左右;增大灰斗内径可以减小灰斗及锥体部分磨损,但需要考虑其对分离效率的影响;可以通过分析旋风分离器内部流场的流线,对磨损位置进行初步预测。
Based on the cyclone separator restructuring in coal gasification process of a company,the internal flow field and ash hoper&taper erosion before and after restructuring were simulated and predicted with Fluent simulation software.The results showed that the service life of ash hopper of the cyclone separator after restructuring was increased about 10 times,and the life of the taper was about 1.55 times of that before restructuring.Increasing the hopper inner diameter could reduce the wear of hopper and taper,but its impact on the separation efficiency should be considered.Moreover,the wear position could be predicted preliminarily by analyzing the streamline of flow field inside the cyclone separator.
