摘要
针对某公司循环流化床蒸汽锅炉炉膛工装孔处水冷壁管发生泄漏的情况,详细描述了泄漏点周围关联管道、连接件之间的位置情况,介绍了泄漏点的特征和关系,结合送检分析报告,判断泄漏是因负荷变化、水冷壁内壁处沉积结垢等产生疲劳损伤裂纹,在水冷壁与鳍片焊缝应力集中处开裂并不断扩张,最终在管内介质压力作用下发生泄漏,最后给出了具体的解决措施和对策。
In view of the leakage of the water-wall tube at the tooling hole of a circulating fluidized-bed boiler furnace in a company,the position of the associated tubes and connections around the leakage point was described in detail,and the characteristics and relationships of the leakage points was introduced.Combined with the technical analysis report,it was concluded that the main cause of leakage was fatigue damage cracks caused by load changes,deposition and scaling at the inner side of the water wall,it cracked and expanded at the stress concentration of the weld between the water wall and fin,and finally leakage occurred under the pressure of the medium in the tube.The specific solutions and countermeasures were proposed in the end.
