摘要 “双碳”目标的提出使煤化工产业发展面临着政策、环保、能耗以及技术等多方面的挑战。以陕西延长中煤榆林能源化工有限公司煤-天然气综合利用制甲醇装置为例,分析了其主要耗能设备及项目情况,重点从管理机制、优化操作、技术改造、余热利用、科技创新等方面对该项目采取的节能降耗措施进行了分析与探讨。 The dual carbon goals made the development of coal chemical industry facing many challenges,such as policy,environmental protection,energy consumption and technology.Taking the coal and natural gas comprehensive utilization to methanol project of Shaanxi Yanchang Coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.as an example,the main energy consumers and energy consumption were analyzed,and the energy-saving measures taken for the coal and natural gas comprehensive utilization to methanol project were analyzed and discussed from the aspects of management mechanism,optimized operation,technical transformation,waste heat utilization,scientific and technological innovation,etc.
