On Labor Education in the New Era

把劳动教育纳入人才培养全过程,是落实立德树人的根本要求。文章从劳动教育的目的、内容和路径方面探讨了新时代劳动教育的内涵,指出劳动教育要以促进学生全面发展为目的,以树立正确的劳动态度、形成正确的劳动观念、倡导积极的劳动方式为内容,开辟劳动教育与社会实践相结合、劳动教育与创新创业教育相结合、劳动教育与志愿服务相结合等多重实施路径。

Bringing labor education into the whole process of talent training is the fundamental requirement for the implementation of morality and talent cultivation. This paper discusses the labor education in the new era from the aspects of the purpose, content and path of labor education, and points out that labor education should aim at promoting the all-round development of students, take establishing a correct labor attitude, forming a correct labor concept and advocating a positive labor way as the content, and identifies integrated approaches combining labor education and social practice, labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and labor education and voluntary service as the path.
