纤维增强硅粉高性能混凝土试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了粉煤灰掺量(15%、20%、25%)、硅粉掺量(0、2%、4%、6%、8%)和钢纤维掺量(0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%)对混凝土工作性、力学性能和断裂性能的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰掺量越大,混凝土的工作性越好,适宜掺量为20%;随着硅粉掺量的增加,混凝土的力学性能先提升后降低,当硅粉掺量为4%时,混凝土的抗压强度最高;钢纤维的掺入使新拌混凝土的工作性降低,但能有效延缓混凝土的受压破坏进程,提高混凝土的弯曲韧性,当钢纤维掺量为1.5%时,混凝土的断裂荷载达到最大。 The effects of fly ash content(15%,20%,25%),silicon powder content(0,2%,4%,6%,8%)and steel fiber content(0,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%)on the workability,mechanical properties and fracture properties of concrete were studied.The results show that the higher the content of fly ash,the better the workability of concrete,and the appropriate content is 20%.With the increase of silicon powder content,the mechanical properties of concrete increase first and then decrease,and when the silicon powder content is 4%,the compressive strength of concrete is the highest.The addition of steel fiber reduces the workability of fresh concrete,but it can effectively delay the compression failure process of concrete and improve the bending toughness of concrete.When the content of steel fiber is 1.5%,the fracture load of concrete reaches the maximum.
