摘要
基于港口在役混凝土结构的劣化过程和劣化状态建立了耐久性评定等级,从耐久性、经济性和可持续性角度对结构进行了层次化评价,其中,耐久性评估值N_(1)包括结构形式和劣化指标评估值,采用加权平均法得到;经济性评估值N_(2)包括日常检测维护成本、失效状态成本和经济损失成本,采取指标权重法确定;可持续性评估值N_(3)选用指数函数进行计算;耐久性、经济性和可持续性指标的评估因子通过0-1强制评分法确定为1/2、1/3和1/6,经过加权得到了结构的层次化评估值。在层次化评估值的基础上给出了结构的检测维护框架模型,并通过某港口地区的在役混凝土桥梁结构验证了该框架模型的合理性。
The durability evaluation grade is established based on the deterioration process and deterioration state of the in-service concrete structure in ports,and the structure is evaluated from the perspectives of durability,economy and sustainability.The durability evaluation value N_(1) includes the structural form and deterioration index evaluation value,which is obtained by weighted average method.Economic evaluation value N_(2) includes daily inspection and maintenance cost,failure state cost and economic loss cost,which is determined by index weight method.The sustainability evaluation value N_(3) is calculated by exponential function.The evaluation factors of durability,economy and sustainability indicators are determined as 1/2,1/3 and 1/6 by 0-1 compulsory scoring method,and the hierarchical evaluation value of the structure is obtained by weighting.Based on the hierarchical evaluation value,the frame model of structure inspection and maintenance is given,and the rationality of the frame model is verified by the in-service concrete bridge structure in a port area.
