摘要 主要介绍了PLC在造纸机交流变频分部传动控制系统中实现数字式速度链的工作原理和软件设计。速度链通过PLC的高速运算,以D/A数模转换完成运算结果的输出作为各分部传动变频器的频率给定信号。PLC程序编制简单方便,调速曲线平滑连续,稳速精度和可靠性较高,具有较好的实时性,使各分部之间自动同步跟踪,线性度好。 The working principle and software design of digital speed chain realized by PLC in AC variable frequency divisional transmission control system of paper machine are introduced.Through the high-speed operation of PLC,the speed chain completes the operation with D/A digital to analog conversion,and the output of the operation result is used as the frequency given signal of each partial transmission frequency converter.The PLC program is simple and convenient,the speed regulation curve is smooth and continuous,the speed stabilization accuracy and reliability are high,and it has good real-time performance,so that the automatic synchronous tracking between each division has good linearity.
