风机传动链阻尼控制策略

摘要 风电机组中的传动链用于传递轮毂、齿轮箱、发电机等之间的动能,其本身的阻尼较小,但是其扭振导致的疲劳载荷会损伤齿轮箱,甚至引发机组故障,因此增加传动链阻尼来降低传动链的扭振效应尤为重要。分析了传动链的扭振特性,介绍了行业内不同种类传动链降阻的控制策略。 The transmission chain in the gearbox is used to transfer the kinetic energy between the hub,gearbox and generator.Its own damping is small.However,the fatigue load caused by torsional vibration will damage the gearbox and even cause unit failure.Therefore,it is particularly important to increase the damping of the transmission chain to reduce the torsional vibration effect of the transmission chain.The torsional vibration characteristics of the transmission chain are analyzed and the control strategies of reducing resistance of different kinds of transmission chains in the industry are introduced.
