摘要
随着“双碳”目标的提出,能源系统在智慧城市发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。首先研究了智慧城市及其建设重点,分析其两大核心要素信息流与能量流间的协同互补关系,提出能源系统对智慧城市发展的作用;然后分析了嘉兴能源互联网项目的经验启示,指出其对攀枝花市智慧城市能源系统建设的意义;最后提出重构能源规划体系与推进攀枝花能源结构转型的重点措施与具体建议,从而为攀枝花市智慧城市能源系统完善提供理论依据。
With the goal of"dual-carbon"proposed,the energy system is playing an increasingly important role in the development of smart cities.Firstly,the smart city and its construction focus are studied,the synergistic and complementary relationship between its two core elements,information flow and energy flow are analyzed,and the role of energy system in the development of smart city is proposed.Then the experience enlightenment of Jiaxing Energy Internet Project is analyzed and the construction idea of Panzhihua Smart City energy system is pointed out.Finally,the key measures and specific suggestions for rebuilding the energy planning system and promoting the transformation of Panzhihua's energy structure are put forward,so as to provide theoretical basis for the improvement of Panzhihua's smart city energy system.
