摘要
某国产化继电保护装置测试过程中,监视的温度信息、内部电压有时存在数据异常现象。结合板卡原理图,分析异常现象,初步判断为龙芯处理器的IIC总线信号异常所致。对IIC总线的SCL时钟信号和SDA数据信号进行测量、分析,找出了信号异常点。通过修改匹配电阻、缩短SDA信号走线距离,消除硬件电路设计缺陷,同时对国产化龙芯处理器的灌流能力进行分析,为今后类似故障处理提供参考。
During the test of a domestic relay protection device,the monitored temperature information and internal voltage sometimes have abnormal data.Combined with the board schematic diagram,through the analysis of abnormal phenomena,it is preliminarily judged that the IIC bus signal of the Godson processor is abnormal.The SCL clock signal and SDA data signal of IIC bus are measured and analyzed,and the abnormal points of the signal are found out.By modifying the matching resistance and shortening the wiring distance of SDA signal,the defects of hardware circuit design are eliminated.At the same time,the perfusion capability of the localized Godson processor is analyzed to provide a reference for similar fault handling in the future.
