摘要 目前,电厂继电保护等二次设备的日常巡视工作仍采用传统纸质巡视作业卡形式进行。而二次设备种类繁多、设备地点分散,巡视工作强度大,易出现错误。同时运维工作中需要的装置说明书、图纸资料等多以纸质为主,携带不便,查询效率低,难以实现资料的共享。对此,研究一种基于物联网技术的继电保护装置智能运维平台,以智能运维移动终端为载体,以设备身份唯一性识别码为索引,以内嵌的标准化巡检作业为基础,实现继电保护设备巡视作业标准化和流程化。以数字化、网络化传输方式简化工作繁琐程度,为运维人员巡视检修提供辅助决策依据,实现巡视作业的全面管控。 At present,the daily inspection of secondary equipment such as power plant relay protection is still carried out in the form of traditional paper inspection work cards.However,there are many types of secondary equipment,scattered equipment locations,and heavy inspection work,which is prone to errors.At the same time,the device manuals and drawings required in the operation and maintenance work are mostly paper-based,which is inconvenient to carry,and the query efficiency is low,and it is difficult to realize the sharing of data.In this regard,an intelligent operation and maintenance platform for relay protection devices based on Internet of Things technology is studied.With the intelligent operation and maintenance mobile terminal as the carrier,the unique identification code of the equipment identity as the index,and the embedded standardized inspection operation as the basis,the inspection operation of the relay protection equipment is standardized and streamlined.The tediousness of work is simplified by means of digital and networked transmission,the auxiliary decision-making basis is provided for operation and maintenance personnel to inspect and repair,and comprehensive management and control of inspection operations are realized.
