摘要
智能变电站大量应用智能化二次设备,这些设备的连接大都采用光纤,而与传统变电站的二次设备电缆连接相比,光纤传输方式存在故障不易发现且查找不便等问题,因此提出并开发一种智能变电站二次回路在线监测及故障诊断系统。研究了过程层和链路层的异常信息特征,提出SV/GOOSE网络诊断、交流回路状态诊断、保护动作诊断分析,同时建立了二次回路专家知识库,通过实时获取的状态信息实时判断二次回路的运行状态,进而实现智能变电站二次回路的在线监测和故障诊断。最后结合实例,证明系统的有效性和实用性。
Intelligent secondary equipment is widely used in smart substation,and the connection of these devices mostly uses optical fiber.Compared with the cable connection of secondary equipment in traditional substation,the faults of optical transmission are not easy to find and find.Therefore,an on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system for secondary circuit in Smart Substation is proposed and developed.The anomaly information characteristics of process layer and link layer are studied.The SV/GOOSE network diagnosis,AC circuit status diagnosis,protection action status diagnosis analysis are proposed.At the same time,the expert knowledge base of secondary circuit is established.Through the real-time status information obtained,the operation status of the secondary circuit can be judged in real-time,and the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of the secondary circuit in intelligent substation can be realized.Finally,the validity and practicability of the system are verified by an example.
