摘要
电力系统的安全性和可靠性对于炼油厂高危化工企业来说至关重要。目前某炼油厂电力系统使用的是美国的GPS系统,GPS所有信号的发生、传输、授时精度等都由美国掌控,这给炼油厂留下了重大的安全隐患。北斗卫星系统是我国自主研发的高精确度、高稳定性、多种输出方式、低耗能的卫星定位、授时导航系统,完全能满足该炼油厂电力系统的应用需求。因此对北斗二号授时系统的特点、软硬件设计、授时方式比较与选择、报文信息判断和识别以及北斗授时系统在电力系统的应用前景等内容进行了论述,最终北斗系统将替代GPS系统在炼油厂电力系统中获得广泛的应用。
The security and reliability of power system are very important for high-risk chemical enterprises in oil refineries.At present,the power system of a refinery uses the GPS system of the United States.The generation,transmission and timing accuracy of all GPS signals are controlled by the United States,which has left a major safety hazard to an oil refinery.The Beidou satellite system is a high-precision,high-stability,multiple-output,low-energy-consumption satellite positioning and timing navigation system independently developed by my country,which can fully meet the application requirements of the refinery's power system.The characteristics of the Beidou No.2 timing system,the design of software and hardware,the comparison and selection of timing methods,the judgment and identification of message information,and the application prospect of the Beidou timing system in the power system are discussed in this paper.Finally,the Beidou system will be widely used in the power system of the refinery instead of the GPS system.
