摘要
近年来增材制造技术因其制造无需模具、适用于复杂结构制造、定制化能力优异及快速高效成型的优势,引起很多领域和行业的广泛关注,在电气工程领域也有很多研究与应用案例。然而,目前对增材制造技术在电力领域中应用的总结尚不多见,后续研究开发中面临的关键问题亦有待梳理。因此,简述了增材制造技术的典型工艺方法,深入分析了增材制造技术在电力系统的金属、绝缘部件、电力电子器件、原型构建及土建工程中的相关研究和典型应用案例,并结合电力技术需求,从材料、工艺、应用等方面指出了未来增材制造技术的主要挑战与发展趋势,以期为后续研发提供参考。
In recent years,additive manufacturing(AM)technology has attracted extensive attention from academia and industries,due to its advantages of moldless process,high compatibility of complex structure,excellent customization ability and fast manufacturing nature.In the field of electrical engineering,many research and application cases have emerged.However,the summary of applications of AM technology for electric power is rare,and the key problems in future research and development(R&D)need to be emphasized.This paper briefly describes the typical methods of AM,and deeply analyzes the research and typical application cases related to metal and insulating parts,power electronic devices,prototype construction and building projects in electric power system.Combined with the technical requirements in electrical engineering,main challenges and future trends of AM technology are pointed from the aspects of material,process and application,which is expected to provide guidance for subsequent R&D tasks.
