摘要
综合分析了当前硫酸法钛白粉酸性废水处理工艺的主要优缺点,肯定了当前中和处理工艺的主导地位,提出了膜集成+中和长晶工艺、机械驱动强化结晶技术+中和技术是未来实现钛白粉含酸废水低成本处理及钛石膏资源化利用的新技术。
The processing technologies of the acidic wastewater produced in titanium dioxide production by sulfuric acid-process has been comprehensive analyzed in this article.The dominant position of neutralization treatment process has been confirmed.Membrane integration+neutralization crystallization process and mechanical drive enhanced crystallization technology+neutralization technology have been put forward to realize processing the acidic wastewater produced in titanium dioxide production by sulfuric acid-process treatment by low-cost and resourcing the titanium gypsum.
