基于涡流检测技术的海管内检测作业实践与结果评估

摘要 海底管道作为海上油田物流输送的通道,运输方式安全可靠,而受管道服役期限及海洋环境等因素影响,导致生产效率降低,腐蚀风险增加,因此对海管开展内检测,掌握缺陷变化等情况,对于保障海管高效运行意义重大。文章以某海上平台至陆地终端的原油海管为例,介绍了基于涡流检测技术开展的海管内检测作业,其成功实践表明该技术在海上实施可行度高,检测数据准确有效,涡流检测能够准确检测和定位海管的腐蚀程度及位置,用于评估预测管道剩余寿命等,此次涡流内检测对后续海底管道开展内检测作业具有一定的借鉴作用。 As a channel for the logistics transportation of offshore oil fields,the transportation mode of submarine pipeline is safe and reliable.Affected by the service life of the pipeline and the marine environment,the production efficiency is reduced and the corrosion risk is increased,therefore,it is of great significance to carry out internal inspection of submarine pipeline and master the changes of defects to ensure the efficient operation of submarine pipeline.Taking the crude oil subsea pipeline from an offshore platform to the land terminal as an example,this article introduced the inspection operation in the subsea pipeline based on eddy current inspection technology,its successful practice shows that the technology is feasible at sea,the inspection data are accurate and effective,and eddy current inspection can accurately detect and locate the corrosion degree and location of the subsea pipeline,which can be used to evaluate and predict the remaining life of the pipeline,the eddy current internal inspection can be used as a reference for the subsequent internal inspection of submarine pipelines.
