摘要 用CaCO_(3)作为填充剂改性生物可降解材料PBAT,同时添加其他助剂共混,用双螺杆挤出机制备了PBAT/CaCO_(3)复合材料,通过注塑机制备样条,分析CaCO_(3)填充量,润滑剂添加量和扩链剂添加量对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,在CaCO_(3)填充量30%、润滑剂添加量0.4%、扩链剂添加量0.2%时,得到的制品力学性能最佳。 CaCO_(3) was used as filler to modify PBAT,PBAT/CaCO_(3) composite were prepared by a co-rotating twin-screw extruder.The effects of CaCO_(3),lubricant and Chain extender on the mechanical properties of composites were analyzed.The results indicated that the mechanical properties of the products were the best when the filling amount of CaCO_(3) was 30%,the addition amount of lubricant was 0.4%and the addition amount of Chain extender was 0.2%.
