摘要
四溴双酚A双(2,3-二溴-2-甲基丙基)醚是一种新型环保阻燃剂,主要应用于建筑保温外墙材料的阻燃。文章从合成路线选择到工艺优化,系统研究了四溴双酚A双(2,3-二溴-2-甲基丙基)醚的制备,确定了以双酚A为原料,经芳环溴代、醚化、双键溴化加成制备四溴双酚A双(2,3-二溴-2-甲基丙基)醚是最佳合成路线,该路线产物总收率达94.9%,HPLC纯度达到97%以上,适合工业化生产。
Tetrabromobisphenol A bis(2,3-dibromo-2-methylpropyl)ether is a new type of environment-friendly flame retardant,mainly used for flame retardant of exterior wall thermal insulation material.In this article,the preparation of tetrabromobisphenol A bis(2,3-dibromo-2-methylpropyl)ether was study on the selection of synthetic route and preparation procedure.Tetrabromobisphenol A bis(2,3-dibromo-2-methylpropyl)ether was optimal synthesised by bromination of aromatic ring,etherification reaction,addition reaction of bromine using bisphenol A as raw material.The total yield was up to 94.9%,the purity of HPLC was over 97%,and this process is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
