摘要
黄斑水肿(macular edema,ME)作为一种致盲性的病理体征产生于多种病因中,尤其是在糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜中央静脉阻塞疾病,常常导致患者双眼视力严重下降,并且这种体征会持续存在。近些年,黄斑水肿作为致盲性的病理表现受到越来越多的关注,关于其诊断、治疗、预后、病情监测以及预测的研究也日益增多。眼科影像学作为眼部疾病的早期筛查、评估和诊断的主要方法。随着眼科多模态成像技术不断成熟,应用人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)评估和预测黄斑水肿成为可能,这将极大地提高黄斑水肿患者的临床治疗效果。
Macular edema(ME)in a persistent sign in diabetic retinopathy,central retinal vein occlusion disease and other disorders,which may lead to serious binocular vision damage or even blindness.In recent years,macular edema as a blindness-causing disorder has received great attentions,and many studies have focused on its diagnosis,treatment,prognosis,disease monitoring and prediction.Ophthalmic imaging is the main method for screening,early diagnosis and evaluation of ocular diseases.The technical maturity of ophthalmic multimodal imaging makes it possible to apply big-data based artificial intelligence(AI)to evaluate and predict ME clinically,which will bring benefit to patients with macular edema.
