摘要
为解决传统橡胶沥青溶解度低、粘度高、分散不均匀、储存稳定性差等问题,采用微波脱硫和废机油混合等方式制备了一种高溶解性橡胶沥青HR-RA,从溶解度、流变性和贮存稳定性等方面与常规橡胶沥青进行对比分析。结果表明:同等橡胶粉含量下,高溶解性橡胶沥青的溶解度较常规橡胶沥青RA的溶解度提高约10%;高溶解性橡胶沥青HR-RA橡胶粉最佳含量约为25%;高溶解性橡胶沥青HR-RA的低温抗裂性能和贮存稳定性显著提高,并表现出良好的高温抗变形性能;高溶解性橡胶沥青HR-RA的制备方法可显著提高橡胶沥青的性能,促进橡胶沥青在沥青路面建设中的应用。
In order to solve the problems of low solubility,high viscosity,uneven dispersion and poor storage stability of traditional rubber asphalt,a high solubility rubber asphalt HR-RA was prepared by microwave desulfurization and waste oil mixing,compared with conventional rubber asphalt in solubility,rheology and storage stability.The results show that the solubility of high solubility rubber asphalt is greatly improved with the same content of rubber powder,which is about 10%higher than that of conventional rubber asphalt RA.The optimal content of high solubility rubber asphalt HR-RA rubber powder is 25%.The low temperature performance and storage stability of high solubility rubber asphalt HR-RA are significantly improved.It shows good high temperature performance.The preparation method of high solubility rubber asphalt HR-RA can significantly improve the performance of rubber asphalt and promote the application of rubber asphalt in asphalt pavement construction.
