Analysis on Shanghai Municipal Engineering Budget Estimate Quota(2020)

自2021年5月1日起,新版《上海市市政工程概算定额》(2020)开始实施,为全面了解其内容及定额水平,通过与《上海市市政工程概算定额》(2010)对比分析,阐明新老定额在施工方法、定额编排、章节划分及分项构成上的变化,并结合工程实例,以路基工程、路面工程、桥涵工程及附属工程的人工费、材料费、机械费为研究对象,分析新老定额的差距,新定额计算的建筑安装工程费较旧定额下降9.6%,反映出近10年来上海地区市政工程社会平均生产力水平的提高。

Since May 1,2021,the new version of"Shanghai municipal engineering budget estimate quota(2020)"has been implemented.In order to fully understand its content and quota level,through comparison and analysis with"Shanghai municipal engineering budget estimate quota(2010)",the changes in the construction methods,quota arrangement,chapter division and sub-item composition of the new and old quotas are clarified,and the labor costs of subgrade works,pavement works,bridge and culvert works and ancillary works Taking material cost and machinery cost as the research object,the gap between the new and old quotas is analyzed.The construction and installation cost calculated by the new quota is 9.6%lower than the old quota,which reflects the improvement of the average social productivity of municipal engineering in Shanghai in the past 10 years.
