贵州山区小反刍兽疫综合防控措施

Comprehensive Prevention and Control Measures of Peste des Petits Ruminants in Mountainous Areas of Guizhou

小反刍兽疫又被称为羊瘟或伪牛瘟,是小反刍兽疫病毒引起的山羊及绵羊的一种急性接触性传染病,以发热、口炎、腹泻、肺炎为特征,该病发病率和病死率均较高,严重阻碍畜牧业高质量发展,研究该病的诊断及防控有着十分重要的意义。本文从该病的流行病学、临床症状、病理变化、实验室诊断方法以及综合防控措施等方面进行阐述,为广大养殖户提供参考。

Peste des Petits Ruminants(PPR),also known as sheep plague or pseudo-rinderpest,is an acute contagious disease of goats and sheep caused by peste des petits ruminants virus,characterized by fever,stomatitis,diarrhea and pneumonia.The morbidity and mortality of PPR are high,which seriously hinders the high-quality development of animal husbandry,and it is of great significance to study the diagnosis and prevention of this disease.In this study,the epidemiology,clinical dissection,laboratory diagnosis,and comprehensive prevention and control measures were briefly elaborated in order to provide some references for the immense farmers.
