摘要
本文通过研究温度对紫外分光光度法测定生乳中亚硝酸盐含量的影响,建立采用紫外分光光度法测定生乳中亚硝酸盐含量的方法。结果表明,此方法测定生乳中亚硝酸盐含量可以获得良好的线性关系,相关系数R2>0.99991,其拟合度较高,在加热温度95℃的条件下,3个(0.1 mg/L、0.2 mg/L、0.3 mg/L)不同水平的加标平均回收率为91.00%、90.50%、92.17%,重复性试验RSD<5%。该方法操作简便,分析快速,亚硝酸盐提取速度快,适合生乳中亚硝酸盐含量的检测。
This article studied the influence of temperature on the determination of nitrite content in raw milk by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and established a method for determination of nitrite content in raw milk by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that the method could obtain a good linear relationship for the determination of nitrite content in raw milk,the correlation coefficient R2>0.99991,and its fitting degree was high.At 95℃,the average recoveries of three different levels(0.1 mg/L,0.2 mg/L,0.3 mg/L)were 91.00%,90.50%,92.17%,which were repeated RSD of test<5%.The method is easy to operate,fast to analyze,fast to extract nitrite,suitable for the determination of nitrite content in raw milk.
