中运量公交规划建设和运营管理模式探析——以上海为例

Primary Study on the Planning,Construction and Operation Management Mode of Medium-Capacity Transit Bus:Taking Shanghai as an Example

随着城市公共交通的深入发展,中运量公交系统理念受到越来越多的关注。推动中运量公交由理念到落地,必须与现行轨道交通和常规公交管理模式做好衔接。该文在剖析中运量公交内涵和定位基础上,结合上海实践,对中运量公交规划建设和运营管理等方面进行梳理研究,提出了相关意见建议。

With the in-depth development of urban public transport,the concept of medium-capacity transit bus system attracted more and more attention.However,from the concept to the implementation of the medium-capacity transit bus,it must be well connected with the current rail transit and ground public transport management systems.Based on the analysis of the connotation and positioning of medium-capacity transit bus,this paper studies the planning,construction and operation management with Shanghai practice,and then puts forward some relevant suggestions.
