工程教育专业认证视域下高职包装专业学生创业活动意愿影响因素研究 被引量:1

Research on Influencing Factors of Entrepreneurial Intention of Higher Vocational Students Majoring in Packaging under Vision of Engineering Education Accreditation

摘要 随着我国创新驱动发展战略及工程教育专业认证的推进,高职工程教育专业认证与创业活动之间关系越发密切,培养具有创业能力的专业工程技术人才成为高职教育教学改革的方向之一。基于此,本研究针对包装专业四年制高职本科学生进行调研,运用SPSS软件对问卷数据进行系统分析,使用二元Logistic模型对所有变量进行回归分析,探究影响高职包装专业学生创业活动意愿的主要因素。调研结果表明,37.92%的包装专业学生有创业活动的意愿;个体特征中性别、户籍性质等对包装专业学生创业活动意愿呈现显著性影响;创业能力、创业环境、创业知识与包装专业学生创业活动意愿呈现明显相关关系;当地金融服务、当地基础设施建设对包装专业学生创业活动意愿呈现显著性正向影响。根据分析结果,本研究结合工程教育专业认证“以学生为中心、成果导向、持续改进”的教育理念,从学校、社会、国家及地方政府3个维度给出了优化建议。 With the promotion of innovation driven development strategy and engineering education accreditation,the relationship between the engineering education accreditation of higher vocational engineering education and entrepreneurial activities is becoming more and more close.Cultivating professional engineering and technical personnel with entrepreneurial ability has become one of the directions of higher vocational education teaching reform.Based on this,in this study,the four-year higher vocational college students majoring in packaging were investigated,the questionnaire data was systematically analyzed with SPSS software,and regression analysis on all variables with binary logistic model was conducted to explore the main factors that affect the entrepreneurial activities of students majoring in packaging in higher vocational colleges.The empirical results showed that 37.92%of the students have the intention of entrepreneurial activities.In the individual characteristics,gender and the nature of registered residence have a significant impact on the entrepreneurial activities of students majoring in packaging;Entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial knowledge showed obvious related to students'entrepreneurial activity intention.Local financial services and local infrastructure construction have a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial activities of the students.According to the analysis results,combined with the education concept of“student centered,output oriented and continuous improvement”of engineering education accreditation,optimization suggestions were given from three dimensions of school,society,state and local government.
